My first month in Switzerland, has been very stressful to say the least, but now that things have finally settled down, and I am in a comfortable environment, I decided to sit down and show some of the many pictures I have taken since arriving. The other day I finally was able to do some site seeing, and went to the river, the mountain Interlaken sits on. The friends I am staying with and I went on a steam train ride up the mountain. It was a great ride! On the way up, you get great views of the lake below, and a few farms, plus cows that climb up the very steep hills. I was amazed at how high the cows managed to climb, considering the steepness.

Here are a few pictures of the ride up

Once you arrive at the top, you can see for miles, once the clouds move out. We were also able to get some pictures of some mountain goats, but we were unsure if they were wild, or tame. Here are some pictures from the top.

After the ride back down, we walked close to the lake. Here are some pictures I took while close to the lake.

Thats all for now, but I will post again soon.
